Our Return Policy
How It Works
Unfortunately, if you need to return something back you have 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All products must be returned in new (good) condition with all labels. A return label will be delivered with your order which will send your product(s) back to us for free. Any returns should be made with your local post office.

I seem to have items missing, what should I do?
Your item might have been sent in a separate package due to the size or time of order. If your order does not turn up within a week of ordering, please get in contact with us for help and tracking.
Stock
We try our best to avoid stock outs and tell you when something is out of order. If the product(s) you want happens to be out of stock, you can request to be emailed when it arrives back in stock.
Product Care
All products will have labels with care instructions and washing instructions. Please follow them to keep your garments in tip top shape! (Avoid too much detergent and waterproof any suede).
I am having technical issues, what can I do?
